Legal Question in Business Law in India

I am working in a private firm. I have bond period for 3 years and in the bond it has mentioned that to break the bond I have to pay 1 year CTC. Now, the company is relocating to a new facility in the same city. But the new facility is very far from my home and I may have to spend 4 hours a day for travelling to Office. In this case, Can it be legal to resign without paying the bond amount? As I am not willing to relocate to the new facility.

Dear Sir / Madam,

An Employment or Service Bond of any form or nature being bonded labour is illegal and a criminal offence. You should mention the main reason for resignation as Company Office relocated to a far off place and serve the notice period as mentioned in your Appointment letter. And since the Company has relocated, you are not liable to pay the bond amount to the Company.
