Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear Sirs,
I have one question related to our property partition between brothers and sisters.
Our father was died on the year 1987.
we 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
1.old Elder sister
2. elder sister
3. Me
4.younger sister
5.Younger brother.

All our properties were on my father name an d later it was transferred to my name and my brother name.
my brother and myself planning to make partition but my question is how to deal our sisters.
questions?
1. Old elder and younger sister is ready to give thier shsres to me in this do i need to get Legal heir certificate for them?
2. if yes, what is the procedure for registering without legal heir certificate?
3. or let me know if this is possible to make lieu from my sisters?
