Dear Sir
What are the legal rights of the employee if the organization leaks the matter and the employee faces threat because of the content of exit interview which he/she gave as a feedback in confidence to the organization?

In case of a 'threat' employee can lodge an FIR.
Employee can file a suit for damages, if there is a monitory loss due to disclosure of confidential information .
