Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have taken a Dhaana settlement from my mother . she has specified in the document clearly that No one can break it. but now My sister wantt a share in that property. Is it possible to break the dhana settlemet .

what is a dhaan settlement. is it a written and registered document??If the property is self acquired thaen the terms of the settlement will apply but if the settlement has been made on the ancestral property then the terms will not be applicable. contact 9312411481 for further query.
