Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I Had failed to pay 2 EMI's of my cab .upto now i had paid 24 installments.by this 1 august 2016 3 rd emi is approaching.i need 15 days time to pay the due emi s .can the vehicle finance people seize my vehicle without giving any notice.

Yes. But notice should be given. Private Finance people dont do. Request them 15 days time which they agree.
