Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father left a big house.we are two sisters and one brother.all are married. The house is in his name in municipality. One year before he sold his share without intimating us but still living in the same house.now two months before he expired but his family is having possession on this house and not willing to vacate it .what to do?

Try to negotiate. If he does not agree, you may need to file a suit for possession.
