Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have filed a miscellaneous case(mis) for Mesne profits from the tenant after I got him evicted through court proceeding. However he had not pleaded for return of security deposit in the original suit (O.S) and same is not ordered by the court. Now the tenant has filed a case for recovery of security deposit in the same court (O.S.). Can I file clubbing application in miscellaneous case for Mesene profits

you can file an application u/s 24 of the civil procedure code for consolidating both the suits.
