Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my friend has written exam for LLB and the result is yet to be declare ,can he be appoint as a legal adviser for someone to earn some money or can he enter in to a agreement with someone as a legal adviser.Is it necessary for a individual to be a lawyer to work for someone as a legal adviser.

Your friend can render legal advice even though he still awaits his final year LLB results. If the opposite person is okay with his appointment, there is no issue therein.
