Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my husband died leaving behind:
1. FD amount rs90,000/- plus sb ac rs 40,000/- : No nomination.
2.Property registered jointly in my and my husbands name. present govt market value approx Rs 35 lakhs..
3. Left behind unregistered will stating me as nominee for FD and also his share of property will go to me after his demise and I will become 100% rightful owner
4. we have one natural female minor girl.
How to get fd/sb monies and how to legalise his share in property to me. Awaiting your reply Mrs Sudha A thanks a lot. and aprrox court fees and amount to be spent for lawyers

Will need not to be registetered and file case of succession for money in the bank
