Iam renovating my shop and intimated society about same,as iam practicing dentist needs long hours of treatment so want toilet inside shop society isn't allowing to use drainage in society chamber they are telling me it is illegal to create things not in plan, but they have allowed other shop owner for same

1) Find out how others were allowed. What is the deviation in ur case.
2) Alterations beyond approved plan need reapproval.
3) If u r in same footing, issue legal notice for discrimination
4) Consult a local experienced relevant law expert, an intelligent, able Advocate of repute, in person, with full facts to explain in detail.
