Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My neighbor filed a false case against us twice in police station. 1st time we won the case and now again he does the same. I want to know is there any legal way to tackle such people so that in future he think 100 times while torture someone else.

you can be file quash petition in high court and discharge petition in same court .you can also harassment case against neighbor as well as defamation case
