Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My parents has house in unauthorized colony which was purchased with registered power of attorney and then it was forwarded to one of my brother as he use to emotionally blackmail them . Later he wants to grab that property they cancelled the power of Attorney and register the cancellation. When Lawyer send him the notice to vacant the property as he is still staying in the same plot he replied back he has already sold this plot to someone and he is just staying on rent .

What we understand after getting the notice he bought the old dated stamp papers and make the Power of Attorney which is not registered anyware . Is that possible to get that property back for parents? Case is filed in High court but look like it will take 10 to 15 years to get resolved. They are in 80th and fighting in court for so long is really a problem. So he is just playing and buying time .

If there any law for Sr Citizen to get the case sorted faster? And any possible way to get the property back.
