Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Can i release my movie without getting any cuts in India ?

I have both theatrical and short version of the movie which i produced. Both versions have two full nude scenes(female nudity) and very few curse words which i think are very crucial for the story.

Can i approach supreme court to claim my freedom of expression after CBFC bans my film ?

You may already know that in 1994, the movie "Bandit queen" which had a full frontal nude scene got released in India.

What is the best i could do to release my movie uncensored ?

Thanks for taking the time to read.

Sir

Central Board of Film Certification is the Parent Body for Censorship & Grant of Film Certification. The Board will examine and scrutinize the Movie, and it i finds that such Adult Scenes of the Movies are germane to the theme, then they may permit such scenes and grant "A" Certification. However, normally total nudity or exposure may not be permitted. Good Luck
