Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I resigned from a company with seven days notice period.i joined there through a job consultancy,company paid them one month salary,
the problem is that the company did not give me the last months salary,does i get justice?

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Company cannot deny you of your salary till the last working day simply on the pretext that the Company has paid one month's placement fee to the HR Agency for recruiting you.
