Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

sir,
the incident is that,I was in love with a girl.at that time we have recorded some personal videos.later we broken up.after few months I've lost my mobile phone which is having those video clips.I made a petition on that on same day. after few days ,the person who got the mobile (unknown) published the video clips(not sure its by the mobile thief ,but any way it published) everywhere.meanwhile I found job in abroad.and joined..
now she have complained against me that I published that video and like that...
sir ,I have some strong points.
(1) .I never raped her..all things we did together..
(2) I never published that videos.
(3) I have the proof of that petition I've filed on mobile missing..
& one negative point is that..
(1) during our breakup ,on anger I told something close to this and messaged.
but I forgot all these in a month itself.
now I am afraid on weather the police us going to call me to summon on court or not?
& I cannot take leave for next 2 years.
how can I handle this sir ..without accepting the summons order..
will it affect my career?
how to save myself??
