Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

First of all I am very much thankful to your kind attention As per my earlier post 10/18/13, 10:47 a.m I got resolution of my first query that what should i do in GPA Case but second query about that complaint which my paternal uncle lodged in police station that my dad made a fraud as he has paid 5 lakh in cash to get that GPA It is written in GPA that my dad has taken 5 lakh in cash but actually he didnt pay anything. Now what I should do to avoid hassle which police persons are creating.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If your father has signed on the General Power of Attorney that he has received cash from your uncle, it is difficult to prove otherwise.
