transfer of property after death of father and mother
my father died on 2011 due to heart attack and my mother wass died on 2008 due to illness. Now i want to transfer my property into my name. I have made petition in court and my advocate says we need to pay STAMP DUTY of Rs.75000 as per the valuation of property.
Please guide me for this..............

1) Whatever stamp duty calculated as per value has to be paid officially and will be given receipt, nothing in cash.
