i ve query related to defamation case which i want to file against our neighbours who have tainted our image and harassed my poor parents for a fault practically done by them. i seek justice than vengeance from them.... but i dont know how to proceed..... kindly guide me n tell me what all written documents u require to guide me best...

You may file a criminal case i.e u/s 499/500 of the Indian Penal Code, simultaneously you may file a suit for defamation and claim damages from them. To know us better, please click on the links below:

You should file a defamation case claiming compensation for loss of image in Society, narrating the entire incident how the neighbours has defamed your parents in the case.
