Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
My daughter got married to a Australian citizen but thrown out by her husband after 1.5 months stay in Australia who went to Australia on spouse visitor visa. We hv filed a suit in Delhi court for maintenance. Can the court send summons to him in Australia and would he be liable to pay maintenance since she is unemployed and has no financial support. His parents stay in India. Pl let me know the E mail address through which our Indian court can send summons.

there is no email address, but there is a complete process to summon the foreigners and your advocate has to follow that process then he cannot escape from maintenance amount and other process started by you in Delhi.
