Legal Question in Construction Law in United Kingdom

I have a client who owes best part of 200k. Which he is not paying. I have a number of subcontractord who want paying. If I don't get paid. What do I do about their payment I can not afford s to pay out?
The contract was left on a 8 week Loi in September and is out pd date in December there has never been an update I assume time is now at large.
Please help me
