Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
there is extensive leakage in our flat due to faulty plumbing in the above flat.the owner of the above flat refuses entry to his flat inspite of repeated request from all members of soc. we are ready to spend for repairing his faulty plumbing but he refuses to cooperate. pl advice
