Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

My housing society is restricting the use of lift for my tuition students and demanding extra money for the use of lift. When I had informed them that according to law they can not restrict the use of lift and at the same time can not demand extra money for use of lift , they didn't pay any attention to my word and ordered the security to restrict my tuition students from using the lift. What will be my course of action?

Dear Madam,

I asked you to write a letter to the Secretary of your Society citing an example about the telephonic order placed by any member's wife residing on the 10th floor of the building and the grocer regularly visiting the building and using the lift to deliver the groceries regularly to the member's flat.

First do as directed ... and only then post query again ... otherwise refrain from wasting Legal Attorney's time on this forum.

Regards,
