Legal Question in Consumer Law in Brazil

I needed some advice on a Timeshare matter. About two years ago, I deed back my Timeshare to Westgate Lakes Resort in Florida, because my family (including my father, who was seriously ill) couldn't afford it anymore and was no longer using it frequently, so a Warranty Died in Lieu of Foreclosure was filled and sent to them to solve this according to what they demanded. Few months later, my father passed.

Now, about two years after all this process, they keep sending us letters in my dad's name and calling us demanding payment and threatening to put our ex-property with an outside agency. I told them many times what was done and seems that the communication doesn't work, they never close the case, even having all the documents with them.

Is there something I can legally do to make them stop? They crossed the limits and are disturbing a family in mourning.
