Legal Question in Consumer Law in Brazil

Yesterday I checked out from the Sheraton Miami Airport, and took the suttle bus that belongs to Sheraton, but when I arrived at the airport I realized that the driver changed my luggage with another guest. So, I would like to know which responsabilities does the hotel has with my lugage?
