Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

My company provides data card (Tata photon plus) for official usage. they also deduct from salary,

If used more than the usage limit. My senior used my data card for which i was deducted Rs.7000. He is reluctant to repay the amount.

This has been escalated to partners as well as Head of HR.

Can i take any legal actions ?

Is the amount to small to take any action ?

Dear Sir / Madam.

Yes, you can certainly take evasive action against your senior to ensure that he / she does not repeat this act again. The amount is very significant, so I advice and recommend you escalate the matter to the HR Head.
