Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I gave signed blank non judicial stamp paper in exchange of taking some private loan from person A. We had disputes later on and settled the matter through a deed which incorporated that earlier given blank papers will be destroyed by A. Person A gave the above said blank papers to person B, who has added the contents to it and now he is using that as an evidence against me as an undertaking of a guarantor of a hefty loan, its all fraud to extort money from me but I feel trapped because the undertaking looks legit and it is , except that the contents are added to it later & its attested by notary too. Notary attestation is a joke as anyone with small bribe can get it attested. Please send me some inputs so that I can deal with this crook, he's done scaring me.
