Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hello,

I'm using 3 C/C for the past 10yrs.Due to bad times I lost the job & I'm unable to pay the bills for my credit card.The bank is charging me high interest & the collection people are harrasing me mentally.I told the bank that I want to settle the cards but they are telling me to pay the whole outstanding & close the card.Please advice.

Discuss with the bank and settle with the bank.
