Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

i have icici credit card due to some icici technique issue they have charge me and they r not interest my problem they r only forceing me to pay amount as i have sign t & c at time of getting card so my question i how can i complain legally for my issue

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should straightaway tell them to reverse the charges otherwise you will close the card and shift over to another Bank.

1) If they do not reverse the error, file case before Banking Ombudsman,

after giving the bank a notice.
