Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

We have lodged case 138 u/s in M M J court date 2/2/2016.Initial verification done,but summons is not issued till date.where we can raise complaint for issue.

You should follow up with the concerned Court clerk regarding the matter and simultaneously try to mutually negotiate and settle the matter with the opposite party.
