if I get a notice according to a cheque bounce case on me what will be happen at first. what is the role of arrest warrant in this case even I attend the court.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should negotiate and agree on a settlement with the opposite party rather than wait till you receive the legal notice. Court action is neither advisable nor recommended.
