I have received a legal notice to pay rupees one lakh being due on my credit card account which i never used as mentioned in the notice

1) Obtain statement of account from the bank and verify the details.

2) If found discrepancy, discuss with the bank pointing out the same.

3) The dues if found correct, go for OTS and settle the issue.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should visit the concerned Bank who issued the Credit Card and sort out the matter with the Branch Manager and firm it up with your reply thereafter in writing to the Bank.
