hi sir iam credit card defaulter in hdfc(5 lac) in 2009.iam not giving any cheques. bank will send notice to me but iam not resident in that address is there any problem to me present iam in another state

Dear Sir / Madam,

Either negotiate, pay off and settle the credit card debt immediately else let the Law take its own course.
