Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hi Sir,

Flipkart (online shopping) sent me a defect mobile and i returned the same.They said on 27th sept 2014 they refunded amount and keep on spending time and yesterday said refund is getting failed.

Refund amount by flipkart has not debited in my account (their update in their ticket printed refunded).

Got fedup with this refund process please help/advise me how can i approach them legally.

firstly ,you have to give legal notice,then go to consumer forum or lok adalat in your state of district.otherwise you have to file competition agency of state or file case of recovery of money in civil court
