Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

sir,

Loan was issued on 25.10.2000. Suit was filed on 23.09.2003

Suit was decreed with 10%interest from the date of suit loan till the date of realization

Please clarify whether interest has to taken from 25.10.2000 or from 23.09.2003 ?

Dear Dev,

Interest @ 10% per annum has to be calculated from 23.09.2003 till the date of repayment and settlement of the outstanding loan amount.
