Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I have unsettled credit card dues of Dubai(taken as NRI) of Aed 1,20,000 as on June 16 againest principle of aed 60,000 availed in 2003. Now I am out of uae since 2003 Dec.
Till now no case filed in UAE Court.Bank threatening to appoint collection agent.
This CCdue is 13 years old.My address in India changed 12 yrs back.Bank has no information regarding my address(changed 12 yrs back) or email(this also removed) or phone number.
What will be out come of this case.
Pl reply ASAP.

1) The Bank in Dubai would have claimed from the Insurance through ur employer and settled.

2) If u receive notice, challenge the claim of the bank.

3) Consult a local concerned experienced law expert Advocate of repute with full facts.
