Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am 40 year old lady married in 1993 on june 2nd. Till now I haven't taken my share in father's property. My only brother is enjoying my father's property til now. My father who illiterate has sighned all his property to my brother thinking that his son will look after him. But now he is put in old age home and has lost his memory. Now what should I do to bring back my father & and get my share in my father's property?
