Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I need advice for chandigarh high court. I have 498a FIR and unfortunately I didn't know about it and got section 82 proceedings Proclamation order against me and father.

we live abroad and did compromise with conditions for girl to help in cases quashing. Mutual divorce is complete and girl is paid fully.

The case of quash is pening but my and my father presence is asked by judge. I can not afford to come to India due to job and my father is aged whom I can not send alone.

Is there any way in court we can request to give exemption from presence and to continue case towards quashing.
