Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I was bounded in a case i.e. Section 304-B IPC in 2013. Now my opposition party compramised with me and agreed to withdraw the case. Can I approach Lokadalat now? One of the lawyers told me that 304-B case will not be taken up by Lokadalat for settlement. If it was true, then what can I do? How can I save myself?
