Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My brother got divorced four years back.now his ex wife has lodged a dowry case against her second husband and one month after that she has lodged an fir against my brother as suspicious for an acid attack on her. He is innocent , this is just to harass us moreover she has not sustained any injuries.what to do

your brother has no option but to contest this FIR. However, if he has an alibi or legal defence, then he may file for quashing of FIR.
