Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My brother is in judicial custody from 15 oct 2013 in ipc 420,406,467.he is among the 3 accused.one has got anticipatory bail.2nd is also in judicial custody from 6 months althouh his chargesheet has been filed.my brother's chargesheet has not been filed till now.what is the possibility of his bail and what important steps should we have to take.
