Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear EXPERTS,
During criminal cyber case under IT act, My Passport is disposited with COURT.
Now my case is dropped and court passed order to release my passport after appeal period.
I need following clarification :
* what is appeal period in criminal case.
* when i will get my passport back from court.
* can i get passport released from court on urgent requirement before expiry of appeal period.
Kindly reply on urgent basis.

Dear client generally appeal period is 90 days. If u have urgency then u can file application for release of passport immediately. For any legal help call me
