Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Delhi police had lodged FIR under section 506 lndian penal code about one month back , as told by police complainant gave in writing that he do not want medical examination. Now police is saying section 506 is non cognizable offence so complainant should approach court himself and police is not bound to forward FIR to court .please guide what to do .
