Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
In DV case magistrate has ordered my husband to producehis 5 yrs income tax details but now it has been almost 1.5 yrs case transfered to another court and as my husband belongs to high profile family judge of the present court taking no action against him neglecting d fact dat d court itself ordered him to present d same as he had stopped my maintanance and i filled section 125(3) for recovery of 11 months but still no response from the court plz suggest

File petition before HC and get the case transferred to another court. Also seek direction to the lower court to expedite.
