I am female doctor from AP. I have filed a case in Jinnaram PS which has come to hearing in the court of Hon'ble First Class Magistrate, Narasapur,Telangana which is 450kms from where I stay. The accused are also from my hometown. Can I file a transfer of Petition to a court near me ? If yes, how ?
