Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i had filed an fir in the name of my husband but now i want to withdraw it since he is not troubling me and i have alrdy filed for divorce but the police inspector is not willing to withdraw it please help me

FIR once regd can only be quashed by an
Order of high court n not withdraw by inspector
Or police

FIR cannot be withdrawn you may approach the high court to get it quashed
