Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
One of my friends stole my checks and filed a case in district court. I won the case in April 2015. Now he has moved to High Court to harass me. When he stole the checks few checks were signed. I won the case with reference of order passed by Supreme court in a similar case. What are chances of winning or losing a case in High Court.
