Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hello,
I have been directed by High Court of Jodhpur, Rajasthan to surrender at lower magistrate and the magistrate has been instructed to decide over the bail under section 437 cr.pc on the same day.
Will I get the bail from the lower court magistrate or what next step should I take to get the bail.
Case of 420.
