Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hello,
i need some help regarding dowry case,actually in past year my wife filed an fir 498a against me and my family in bihar.And after few months we compromise on the related matter in delhi district court and by that way on some one time payment we got mutual consent divorce in april 2015. after this as regarding to delhi court my wife has to dissolve all the pending cases in bihar or quashing the FIR in patna high court.we also filed application for this but till we got no result.
And the major problem is i have to go bihar for some most important work,so is there any way to get bail for some days from delhi high court or other advise on that matter,so i do my work in bihar without tension.
pleasehelp me in this matter.
