My husband has provided false salary slips to the court and on that basis my interim is done. Now i have found out his real salary with proof. What are the charges can laid against him and which ipc section?

as he relied on false certificate during court proceedings, you can move an application u/s 340 of crpc. apart from that you can also call for review of the order.
