Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My name is jyotiram shedge from mumbai and I have been charged for for under section 354 a of IPC at satara where as I was not present on the location on the date and time of incidence and I have been noticed by police for an investigation under section 41 of crpc so has I have given my statement with evidence still police has filed the charge sheet where the judge has framed my charge on the same day of bail and no opportunity was given to file discharge application. On the next date I have filed the application of discharg and further investigation about my status of presence which was rejected by judge on the ground of charge have been framed so I had preffred application undee section 173/8 of crpc to SP satara on which police has filed the additional charge sheet with cdr report on which I had again filed the application for discharge which is also got rejected and nbw has been issued against the complainant so pls advise me on the same
